ZURL provides users with tools to shorten URLs, design Bio Link pages, generate QR codes, and analyze traffic statistics. Certain premium features require active paid subscriptions.
3. User Account and Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use ZURL for any illegal, unauthorized, or spamming activities, including but not limited to distributing malware, phishing, or copyrighted material without consent.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Pro AI, and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZURL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
